Fulfillment Policy
Overview BNL is committed to providing high-quality marketing services. To ensure a clear understanding of our processes, we have outlined our fulfillment, refund, and cancellation policies below.
SERVIE FULFILLMENT
We strive to deliver all agreed-upon services within the specified timelines and as outlined in the service contract. Clients are encouraged to provide timely feedback and necessary materials to facilitate smooth project execution. Any delays caused by the client may result in adjustments to the project timeline.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Notice Period: Clients may cancel their service agreement by providing a minimum of thirty (30) days' written notice. This notice must be sent via email to Megan Shallow or other agreed-upon communication methods.
Mutual Agreement: In some cases, an alternative cancellation timeline may be established through mutual written agreement between the client and the agency.
Post-Cancellation: Services will cease at the end of the notice period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
REFUND POLICY
Non-Refundable Services: Payments made for services rendered are non-refundable. This includes deposits, retainers, or fees paid for work already completed or in progress.
Discretionary Refunds: In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of the CEO. Such cases will be evaluated on an individual basis, and the decision will be final.
