Hello, I'm Megan Shallow! My goal is to connect communities with their local businesses and help you use social media to engage your audience and build strong online communities easily and confidently.

Office Hours are every Friday from 11-12pm PST for the 10 weeks we are together. Other students who are working with me will be joining these calls as well.

Yes! That is exactly what we hope all participants will do. I am here to come alongside and support you in actively putting what you’re learning into practice so when this course is done you are able to have a fully self managed social media system in place for your company!

The first step is to book a discovery call so that I can answer any questions you may have about how the program runs. From there I will request a deposit to hold your spot, you receive a questionnaire to fill out so that I can know how best to support you personally, and then we send you a complete syllabus and calendar invites to get you started with the class outlines, any materials or tools you’ll need to have set up, and other fun things to get you going!

Yes, to secure your spot we ask that you put down $500 to secure your calendar spots for the 10 weeks together.

I will run them throughout the year. However, I do not onboard new students during the December holidays as things can get so tricky.

Here at BNL, we will take credit card or e-transfer. Whatever is easier for you. If you prefer an alternative payment method, please let us know during your registration call.

Since it is a one-on-one coaching program we can be flexible. However, I will want to keep all our calls within the 10 week stretch as much as possible. MAX we can push it is to 12 weeks.

Yes! For an additional $1999 you can bring a sidekick who you'd like to help you implement everything to all your calls.

A stranger I met at the gym encouraged me to explore digital marketing, suggesting I share my talents. He advised me to start a blog, which I named www.breathenourishlove.com. Writing became my passion, and my website was a safe space to grow. Eventually, I felt compelled to share my voice more widely on social media. This helped me discover my true self and boosted BNL Media Consulting in unexpected ways.
My Honours degree in Psychology gave me a unique perspective in social media, allowing me to build genuine relationships. Thanks to consistent online engagement and staying true to myself, I transformed from a freelance social media manager to owning a self-managing Agency with employees and a fantastic contractor team in just five years. I also began mentoring creative women entrepreneurs through Living in Balance Seminars and became a partner and Emcee with the Canadian Marketing Conference, along with various speaking engagements, podcast opportunities, and experiences I wouldn't have had without sharing my uniqueness online.
